Welcome to Nutrition and Family Health

Nutrition and Family Wellness was started by Ada P. Knight, Ph.D., RD, LD in the small town of Guthrie, Oklahoma, in the fall of 2004.  With the advances in computer technology and information systems, Dr. Knight strongly envisions the message of sound nutrition principles can be heard by everyone. Dr. Knight is thoroughly convinced that every human being has the right to have access to sound nutrition knowledge and nutritional information that will promote optimal health and social well-being.
